Arrangements

If you would like to make a pre arrangement, please complete the online form below. This gives us the information needed at the time of death to complete a death certificate.

Prepayment - If you wish to pre pay for your arrangements we will be glad to meet with you in your home or our office to establish a trust for you. We will complete a contract with you stating the kind of service you desire and the cost. You may pay the cost in full or make minimum monthly payments of $25 with an initial down payment of $100. Once the full amount of the contract is deposited in the trust the trust in "guaranteed." This means that you will never pay more than the amount deposited plus the accrued interest for the services specified in the contract.
